RoboSheriff - Live data capturing process and Content Management for Applications using Recorder, Web automation & Orchestrator

This project is very special to me as this was the first RPA project that I created for the parent company I worked for. Also, this app is used widely in Germany, and this points to Travellers all over the world. This app provides the current situation of the country and the pandemic COVID-19 status.

Designed and developed a bot named “RoboSheriff” which will capture the COVID-19 data like Total Infected, Total deaths, Total Population, New deaths, and New infected cases from websites like WHO and Worldometer websites, with calculated CGI % of all countries and updates them in an app.

This project includes live in-app data updates from different sources, datatables, Orchestrator for app login credentials and running the project

HR Onboarding Process using PDF, Excel & Datascraping

Designed and developed a bot using UiPath to get details about new employees from their personal documents and employee representation and update them in the company records. Update the HR portal and generate an employee ID and a mail ID. Data scrapping from RPA training projects for new employees for training purposes and send all the above details to HR and the training details to all new employees.

Birthday Reminder for a company based in Düsseldorf, Germany

I have got a chance to travel to Germany for this particular project. I designed and developed a “Birthday Reminder” bot which will send a birthday reminder mail of all the clients, customers and employees of a company before their birth month.

This project is customized and includes C# code, automation like capturing and comparing data, Excel & Datable automation, Mail automation and Orchestrator for mail login credentials and running the project.

ComRob - Data capturing process for handwritten documents using Robotic Process Automation with OCR technology

Designed and developed a bot “ComRob” that captures live data like meter reading and date of the reading and enters them into the specific field using OCR technology and sends the report through mail. The project includes OCR Technology, Mail activity and Orchestrator for login credentials

Rob4U - Text extraction and forms filling using OCR Technology

Designed and developed a bot “Rob4U” that matches the specific PDF files to specific data and captures important data and updates it to CRM tool using OCR

This project created with OCR technology, PDF Automation and uses Orchestrator for login credentials.

RobAnnWork - Email Automation Process to send work anniversary wish to Employees

Designed and developed a bot “RobAnnWork” that compares employee joining dates and sends a work anniversary mail to the employee and a reminder about it to all other employees of the company.

This project uses Excel & Datable automation, Mail automation, and Orchestrator for mail login credentials.

BR.Rob - Email Automation Process to send birthday wish to Employees

Designed and developed a bot “BRRob” which will send a birthday wish mail to all employees who has a birthday on the current date.

This project uses Excel & Datable automation, and Mail automation

RobVend - Simple vending ATM machine for products supply using State Machines

Designed and developed a bot “RobVend” Vending ATM machine for Beverages and snacks using State Machine. The bot asks the user about the credit details, and then if the user has enough balance, he/she will be asked to purchase the product they want and either provide them with their balance credit amount or choose another product.

This project uses State Machine as the core.
